The Bug Eater Mosquito
and Insect Trap allows you to be free from flying
insects and fleas without the worry of spreading germs
and bacteria. It is a unique method of eliminating
flying insects (mosquitoes, fruit flies, midges, no seeums,
etc.) and fleas. Insects are lured to the unit by a 8
watt ultra-violet black light. As the insects approach
the light, they are blown into a tray of water by a 22
watt fan. Two or three drops of liquid detergent is
added to break the surface tension of the
water, which allows the insect to sink and drown. The
Bug Eater can be used 24 hours a day, but work best in
the evening, after the main lights of the day have faded
(after dusk). Unlike many other mosquito control
mechanisms, the Bug Eater does not require any expensive addititives, and is very easy to maintain, and operates
quietly. It can be used both indoors and out. The 8 watt
blacklight uses very little power, and draws flying
pests for up to 6,000 hours. |
